Cool, big changes your side?
I'm a liney, and we ae fighting to keep our team manager at the moment as they want to have no team smaller than 23 people.. for where I am that means combining about 5 teams, and the most likley place that will have the TM will be about 14 hrs drive from us...

Not really at the moment we have one team for hfc for the whole of Sydney so we have plenty of work at the moment , but my uncle may lose his job he is the boss for the whole of Sydney north looks after all the team managers etc, I've only been doing this job about 2 years my traineeship only went for one year, and i worked with a linesmen than randomly got changed to hfc without any training, just gave me a mentor for a few weeks to learn
