Ill leave the card till last cos there aren't many water blocks avail atm, 780 would be good! Price will drop when the 800 series comes out!

850w be enough? I run my cooling setup from a 240v to molex adapter thing so its only really driving the pc parts

I'd say 850 would be plenty , i'm not too up to speed with stuff just check first.

The pre-built systems i've been looking at have been using 550-600w's , there's a sweet pre-built build by pc casegear in this month's pc powerplay tech issue for $1500 , running an i5 , twin 650 ti's and it's water cooled and i think that has a 650w corsair psu.
