anyone got any ideas why this is happening?
I only began since last patch, its making me wanna uninstall this game for good.


edit: solved, 10.7 ATI drivers fixed it Smile

tried a full reinstall then update?..

port forwarding?

conflict with something else on your compy?

the only thing that changed on this pc is the patch, was running smooth as silk before patch.

no, absolutle last resort, can't see it being a problem as punkbuster would kick me for an md5 violation if a file was corrupt. then again, we know how well punkbuster works....

Mine do it a fair bit, its like my mouse freezes and out of the blue switches to windowed mode, freaky!!!! Have ATI 10.6 driverd foobared mine big time.

i found rebooting modem/router before i game seems to work dunno why just does Orange_Colorz_PDT_05

If you have lag problems with BFBC2 on PC, try disabling Remote Admin tools such as Wolfcom and ProCon.

this may mean disabling in task manager before you start the game.. Remember that 'server side' procon and the likes created lag, perhaps you have a local issue also.. Make sure no remote tools are loaded on your startup.

also try updating your gpu drivers, I found this thread.

Delete your network card drivers
restart comp with modem off
reinstall using updated network drivers
"not the ones windows give you"

thats as much as I know not playing the game.

yea might mess with it tommorow, seems the pc crashes on flash (youtube) so might have to get a spanner out

forgot to say
this is only for win7
to stop windows from installing its drivers for a device

go to system properties
hardware tab
select device installation
then click no let me decide
what i want to do
